One-liner
ScrobbleDock uploads the listening history from Rockbox players to ListenBrainz automatically and lets you rate the current track from the Mac menu bar.
Boilerplate
ScrobbleDock is a menu bar app for macOS 14 and later that uploads the listening history of portable music players running Rockbox firmware to ListenBrainz. The app detects connected players automatically, reads their scrobbler log, skips entries that were already transferred or carry implausible timestamps, and reports the result. It also shows the currently playing track as a card with Love and Hate buttons. ScrobbleDock runs without a backend, without an account and without tracking; the ListenBrainz token lives in the macOS keychain. The app ships in eight languages and is built by Patrick Stigler in Fellbach, Germany.
