Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted statically by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is requested, the host processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, the referrer and the browser identification. This data is needed solely to deliver the page, to fend off attacks and to detect faults.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in operating the site securely and reliably. The data is not combined with other sources and is not evaluated for analytics. The host deletes the logs automatically after a short period.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host (Data Processing Addendum). As the provider is based in the United States, a transfer to a third country can occur. It is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: the host's privacy policy.
Fonts and external resources
All fonts, images and scripts are served by this website itself. No Google Fonts, no third-party content delivery networks, no maps, videos or social media plugins are embedded. Opening this site therefore establishes no connection to third-party servers.
Contacting us
If you write to us by email, we process your message, your address and the information it contains in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about a contract or app usage, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (interest in answering enquiries). Enquiries are deleted once they are settled, unless statutory retention periods apply; correspondence relevant under commercial law is kept for up to six or ten years respectively.
Apps
The apps presented on this site have their own privacy policies describing what each app stores on the device and which services it talks to. They are linked from the page of the respective app. The apps themselves send no data to the developer.
Links to other websites
This site links to third-party offerings such as GitHub, LinkedIn or the App Store. The respective provider is responsible for the data processing there, and its privacy terms apply.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to
